The DOP type Venturi Pumps Sets are unique to Vuototecnica and provide an automated and cost effective operation vs. convectional vacuum venturi devices and some mechanical pumps.

These units operate independently and in direct relation to the vacuum demand. The vacuum venturi is mounted onto a vacuum receiver vessel and is fitted with a vacuum pressure switch and air inlet interception valve. The operation is similar to that of a conventional compressor which will evacuate the pressure in the receiver vessel down to a set pressure. A the demand for vacuum is called the pressure in the vessel will reduce and the pressure switch will call for compressed air to operate the venturi to replenish the vacuum in the vessel.

Once the maximum pressure value is reached the pressure switch switch off the compressed air feed. Based on typical application the DOP pump sets can reduce energy requirements by up to 50%
